TARTARE DE BOEUF

About a week after I returned from China, my mother flew over to Europe on business & decided to stop by London for a week or two. We jumped at the opportunity to go visit my brother in Belgium over a long weekend.

 I absolutely adore Belgium. I love the architecture, the roads are so much nicer to drive on, and the food is simply divine. Mussels, waffles, Cote D'or chocolate, truffles, Belgian beer, stoofvlees, prepare, fresh croissants in the morning...heavenly.
