It's been a whirlwind of a week. After returning from Portugal I came down with a bit of a stomach bug, so that wasn't much fun. Immediately after recovering from that I was off on a two day mini tour in Edinburgh and Manchester with Schwarzkopf, modelling in their Colour Decoded shows and running on about 2 hours of sleep in almost 2 days, not to mention spending 6 hours on trains on the second day, delirious and exhausted! Now I'm back in London and preparing for the next big trip (so very excited for this one...).
So, I'm a tad behind on posts. Today I'm sharing a little Shanghai photo diary. Each time I go home, I try to check a million things off my to-do list; things I've been missing, craving and looking forward to. Returning to my favourite cheap local restaurants, frequenting the fantastic Shangri-La dinner buffet, stopping by my favourite shoe stores and boutiques, discovering which are the new hot bars in town (because it changes every time I return). Shanghai is such a lively, vibrant city. Things never stop moving and developing there. It has changed immensely since I first moved there 18 years ago, and I feel as though I have grown and changed with it, yet even now when I return (I've been living elsewhere for the past 8 years), I still feel like it's home to me.
