After a 12 hour flight on JAL and a whirlwind evening in Tokyo revisiting our favourite sushi restaurant and having drinks with a friend, we hopped on a 5 hour Cathay Pacific flight to Hong Kong for the next layover before Indonesia. With only half a day to spend there, we decided this time to just relax and enjoy the luxuries of our hotel instead of dashing around maniacally (something we tend to do on layovers, trying to soak everything up in the limited time). It was worth it. The views are incredible everywhere you go, from the pool and jacuzzi on the 118th floor to Ozone Bar (the highest bar in Asia). The rooms are luxurious, the food at two Michelin star Tin Lung Heen is beautiful and, hello, you can enter/exit the hotel through the luxury ICC Elements shopping mall. Happy times.

  1. You guys travel everywhere, and I love traveling with you, through photos. Since I can't travel yet, I am so loving these post. And the Ritz Carlton, in Hong Kong, looks amazing. And you look amazing in that bikini Kamara.
